Course Overview

On successful completion, you will be able to:


  • Critically appraise the impact of robotics on health care delivery.
  • Identify the different types of robotic applications currently in use across the UK health and care sector. Look at how this compares to other international health economies.
  • Identify opportunities in which robotics could be used to aid the current workforce challenges in place across the NHS.

Entry Requirements

  • British honours degree (2:2 class or above) or equivalent in a relevant subject from an approved institution of higher education
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English Language / IELTS Level 6.5 or equivalent
  • Non-standard applicants are welcomed. Recognition of Prior and Work-Based Learning in accordance with University regulations may be available
