Developing Leadership Skills

Short Course

Our post-qualifying framework (PQF) allows health and social care practitioners to continue their professional development and achieve further qualifications in their field.

Course Overview

Good leadership is absolutely fundamental to providing safe, effective healthcare to patients/service users/clients and is absolutely vital to leading service improvement right across health and social care settings. The aim of the module is to provide you with the opportunity to explore the concept of leadership within health and social care services. You will develop a range of leadership skills to meet current and future demands of complex health and social care organisations. The leadership modules are taken up by practitioners from a range of undergraduate degree programmes and by individuals for CPD purposes. All members of the multidisciplinary team are welcome.
