Supervision

Supervision is the process of regular guidance and evaluation that professionals working in the field of psychology and mental health receive to support their professional development under the guidance of a more experienced expert. By receiving supervision, psychologists both support their professional development and ensure that they work with a more effective and ethical approach in the therapies they apply. For this purpose, in the second year of training, our students receive supervision from therapists who are experts in their field. The supervisor guides the students to help them develop their clinical skills, deal with complex cases and make the right decisions in ethical dilemmas.

Our clinical psychologist candidates have weekly meetings with their supervisors in small groups and receive feedback on the content of the interviews they conducted that week. Thus, candidates gain the ability to provide a more effective and ethical service to clients while providing professional development in case management.
