Work and Organizational Psychology Master Program (Non-Thesis)

THE AIM OF THE PROGRAM

Today, human resources are one of the most important factors that play a role in the efficiency of businesses. Business life issues such as increasing employee productivity, motivation and organizational commitment and creating a healthy work environment form the basis of business and organizational psychology.

The aim of the Business and Organizational Psychology Master's Program is to scientifically examine the relationship between the organization and the individual and to train specialists with knowledge, skills and abilities that will be useful in identifying, preventing and solving human and organizational problems in business life.

PROGRAM DURATION

Graduate program without thesis is completed in a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 semesters. In case of absence due to valid reasons, a maximum of 2 semesters, the registrations can be frozen.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS AND EVALUATION

The application is made by filling out the online application form on the Beykoz University website.

CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM

The Master's Program in Business and Organizational Psychology Without Thesis consists of 10 courses and a graduation project.

ACADEMIC STAFF

Under the chairmanship of Asst. Prof. Dr. Eda Yılmazer, Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Organizational Psychology Non-Thesis Master Program., is carried out with a strong, expert and competent academic staff who can share their theoretical equipment and field experience with the participants.

CLASSES PLACE, DAYS AND HOURS

Classes are held at Beykoz University Kavacık campus on weekdays between 19:00 and 22:00 and between 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays.

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

The language of instruction is Turkish.

GRADUATION PROJECT

Recently, every student has been doing a graduation project under the supervision of an advisor. In this way, students will gain significant experience in conducting scientific research.

SCIENTIFIC PREPARATION COURSES

• Introduction to Psychology
• Social Psychology

Students whose bachelor degree is not psychology must take one (two in total) scientific preparation courses in the 1st and 2nd semesters.
