Dual Au.D. / Ph.D. Program in Audiology
Syracuse University offers a combined Au.D./Ph.D. degree program for those students interested in receiving both a professional doctoral degree (Au.D.) and a research doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
Program Overview
The AuD/PhD is a 110-credit program that allows students to pursue both their clinical training and their research training in a rigorous, intensive, and streamlined program.
Admission Requirements
- All students must be accepted into the AuD program.
- Application to the dual AuD/PhD program is made after successful completion of the first year of the AuD program.
- Applicants to the AuD/PhD program should have a 3.5 or higher GPA.
- Applicants should meet minimum GRE requirements (see below for details).
- If GRE scores were not submitted at the time of acceptance into the AuD program, applicants need to take and submit GRE scores before being considered for admission to the AuD/PhD dual program.
