Introduction to the Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition

The Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition [B.Sc.(F&N)] degree provides interdisciplinary training in both food science and nutrition. This program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the emergent needs in the food, health, and wellness sectors.

The B.Sc. in Food and Nutrition program is a 4-year degree that can be taken full-time or part-time. Students can enter this program directly from high school or begin it off-campus.
