Content
The course structure includes:
- Year zero (Foundation year): Foundational Concepts in Business and Law, Foundations in Professional and Personal Development Planning.
- Year one: Business Law, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Fundamentals of Management Accounting, Principles of Economics, Statistics, Information Skills and Professional Development.
- Year two: Data Analytics, Research and Professional Advancement (AABM), Management Accounting and Business Finance, Managing People and Organisational Behaviour, Marketing for Managers, plus one optional module from Credit Management: Theory and Practice or Financial Crime.
- Placement year (if applicable): A year away from the University on a work placement or a study year abroad after Year two.
- Final year: Strategic Finance and Sustainable Business, Work Integrated Business Strategy (AABM), plus optional modules from Financial Technology, Humans vs AI: Leading and Managing Change for Future Organisations, International Finance, Personal Financial Planning, Credit Risk Analysis and Management, Investment Management, Market Analysis for Private Investors (AABM), Project Management with Data Analytics.
