- 4 sessions delivered on the online learning platform
- 3 sessions taking place at the Bristol Business School
- 140 hours of independent study

The online sessions are delivered through the university's online learning platform, and the face-to-face sessions take place at the Bristol Business School. The program is delivered partly online, and students will need to have access to a computer with the following specifications:

- Web browser: Google Chrome is the optimal browser, but other browsers such as Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge are also compatible
- Required plugins: Adobe Flash Player
- Additional requirements:

Study Facilities
The program is delivered at the Bristol Business School, which is located at the Frenchay Campus. The campus has four fully equipped training rooms, a communications and reception area, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. Students will also have access to the university's online library resources, study skills support sessions, and librarian chat function.
