Master’s degree in Nutrition (with internship or supervised work)
Description
The Master's in Nutrition with Internship or Directed Work is a graduate program that aims to develop the professional skills of students in nutrition. This program allows students to acquire particular expertise in one or other of the main fields of action of dietetics, namely clinical nutrition, international nutrition, preventive nutrition or management of services and programs.
Objectives
- Contribute to the advancement of knowledge in nutrition
- Develop specific expertise in a field of dietetics
- Improve the nutritional status and health of the population
Pathways
- Pathway with internship: intended for holders of a bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics, who are members of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec (or eligible to be a member of the Order)
- Pathway with supervised work: allows holders of a bachelor's degree in nutrition, nutrition and dietetics or biological sciences to increase their professional skills

Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate diploma adequately preparing for the studies they wish to undertake
- Average of at least 3.3 out of 4.3 or equivalent
- Knowledge of the French language reaching the level that the University considers minimum to engage in the program
- Additional documents: letter of recommendation, letter of intent or motivation, letter of acceptance from the research director
