International Management BSc Hons

Fees and Funding

• The annual tuition fee for Home students is Ł9,790, and for International students, it is Ł26,260 for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Additional costs may include books, stationery, printing, photocopying, binding, and general subsistence on trips and visits.
• College fees are Ł40 for undergraduates and research students, and Ł15 for students on one-year courses.
• The University provides limited financial support to assist students who do not have the required IT equipment or broadband support in place.

Scholarships and Bursaries

Students will be automatically considered for the main scholarships and bursaries when they apply. Available scholarships include:

• Lancaster Bursary: Ł1,000 in each year of study, based on household income.
• Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship Home: Ł3,000 in the first year of study, based on entry grades.
• International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship: Ł3,000 as a tuition fee reduction per year of study, based on entry grades.
• Undergraduate International Regional Scholarship: Ł3,000 as a tuition fee reduction per year of study, based on nationality or country of domicile and entry grades.
• International Study Centre Progression Scholarship: Ł3,000 as a tuition fee reduction per year of study, based on nationality or country of domicile and entry grades.
• India Scholarship Undergraduate: Ł3,000 as a tuition fee reduction per year of study, based on nationality or country of permanent residence.
• Lancaster Sanctuary Scholarship: Full fees, up to Ł5,000 per year living costs, based on refugee/humanitarian protection status.

Careers

With the International Management degree, graduates will have the qualities, skills, and insights required to start their career in business. They will develop capacities for critical thinking, creativity, and originality, which are desired by employers worldwide. The Management School has its own dedicated careers service that can support students with finding a placement or developing their CVs and finding jobs at the end of their degree.

Entry Requirements

• A levels: ABB
• Access to HE Diploma: 30 Level 3 credits at Distinction plus 15 Level 3 credits at Merit
• Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales: Accepted in place of one A level or equivalent qualification, as long as subject requirements are met
• BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM
• BTEC in combination with A levels: A level at grade B plus BTEC(s) at DD, or A levels at grade BB plus BTEC at D
• International Baccalaureate: 32 points overall with 16 points from the best 3 HL subjects
• Scottish Highers and Advanced Highers: We are happy to admit applicants on the basis of five Highers, but where we require a specific subject at A level, we will typically require an Advanced Higher in that subject
• T levels: Distinction overall
• GCSE requirements: English Language grade 4/C
• English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.5 overall with at least 5.5 in each component
