Introduction to the Entrepreneurs in Residence Programme

The Entrepreneurs in Residence programme at Lancaster University was conceived in 2008 and has since grown to include over 80 entrepreneurs from around the globe. These entrepreneurs bring real-world experience into the classroom, contributing to academic research, mentoring students, and involving them in their businesses through student projects.

What is an Entrepreneur in Residence?

An Entrepreneur in Residence is an entrepreneur from the small-and-medium-sized business (SME) world who is part of Lancaster University. They play a crucial double role in the university, helping the institution understand the SME world while also generating a better understanding in the SME world of universities.
