• The program starts with an analysis of the current employment situation in Belgium, supported by numerical data on employment and working conditions.
• Together with militants, instruments for dignified work are examined.
• Practical exercises cover themes such as collective bargaining, well-being at work, and the protection of social security income.
• A future vision is developed based on the current national and international political context.
• The program discusses the impact of the Arizona government agreement on labor and social policy, as well as international relations that influence the Belgian economy, employment, and social security.
• It seeks a trade union-worthy attitude in times of 'war' and 'peace'.
