The Leadership in Law Winter School focuses on the skill development and diversity of future lawyers in the legal industry. This program takes participants on an evidence-based journey through several relevant topics for today and tomorrow's new leaders in law.

The courses focus on leaders' development with regard to:

• Soft skills, including communication and inclusion skills

In addition to these skills, participants will have the opportunity to meet with expert leaders in the field. By the end of the program, participants will have a personal leadership plan, a vision for the future, as well as a theoretical background and practical experience with the foundational skills to make this personal vision come true.
